Chevrolet 153 4 Cylinder Engine

The Chevy 153 4 cylinder engine was most famous for being used in the Chevy II alongside the Chevrolet 194 as well as U.S. Postal Jeeps that were produced in the late 1960s. This engine was only used by Chevrolet and never crossed over to any other GM models except for the mail jeeps. The Chevy 153 saw continued use in the U.S Postal Jeeps through 1971 and the Chevy II through 1970.
